- Remmy’s Print Shop provides custom printing & embroidery services for individuals and businesses.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved your design, sizing, and product details.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.
2️⃣ Custom Orders & Approval Process
- All custom orders require customer approval before production begins.
- Once approved, the order cannot be changed or canceled unless it meets our cancellation policy (see below).
- Slight variations in color, size, or print positioning may occur due to the nature of customization.
3️⃣ Payments & Pricing
- Full payment is required before production begins.
- All prices are subject to change at any time.
- Sales tax may be applied where required by law.

4️⃣ Order Cancellations & Changes
- Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed.

✔️ The item is defective or incorrect due to our mistake.
✔️ The order does not match the approved design.

7️⃣ Intellectual Property & Copyright
- By submitting a design for printing or embroidery, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it.
- We do not reproduce trademarked or copyrighted designs without written authorization.
- Any designs created by Remmy’s Print Shop remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.
8️⃣ Liability & Disclaimers
- We are not responsible for misuse of custom products after purchase.
- Our services are provided as is without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use.
9️⃣ Privacy & Data Protection
- Your information is used only for processing orders and customer service.
- We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.
