Planning a print
Start with the garment. Then size the artwork.
A clear print brief helps us review your idea and quote the right job. You don’t need every detail settled to ask.

Garments, supply and quantity
Tell us the garment style, color, size breakdown and total quantity. Say whether you need us to source garments or want us to review items you already have. Customer-supplied items need approval first.

Each print location, with dimensions
List each position, such as front, back or sleeve, and the intended width × height in inches or centimeters. If you’re unsure, describe the look you want. Placement and size are requests for review, not confirmed printable areas.

Artwork at the size you want it printed
Share the original artwork when possible and check it at the intended print size. Enlarging a small image can soften edges and fine details. We’ll review the artwork and garment together before confirming the print.
In the quote form, add your quantity first. Use the Artwork step’s short message for garment supply, sizes and print locations, and share an artwork link if you have one.

We confirm pricing, garment availability and timing in writing, and send a proof of your design.

Step 3: Approve and we make it
Production typically takes 5–7 business days after artwork approval. Rush is available on request.

Step 4: Pick up or ship
Collect your order at our Park Blvd studio or have it shipped anywhere in the US.

How much does custom apparel cost?
It depends on the garment, quantity, decoration method, number of placements and artwork setup. Your quote lists the complete price before anything is ordered.
How long does it take?
Typically 5–7 business days after artwork approval. Rush is available on request, so tell us your date when you ask for a quote.
What artwork do I need?
Share a link to the original artwork if you have it, plus the intended print size. If you only have a screenshot, sketch or idea, describe it in the short message and we’ll advise. Files are not uploaded through this version of the quote form. For embroidery, your logo is converted into a stitch file before the first run.
Can you use a logo I didn’t create?
You need to own the artwork or have permission to use it. We don’t reproduce trademarked or copyrighted designs without written authorization.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, at 4003 Park Blvd, Suite 31, San Diego. We also ship anywhere in the US.
How do I pay?
We confirm pricing and payment terms in writing before production starts.
Can you make it at our event?
Yes. We also embroider live on-site. See live embroidery for events.
