How do I order?
Choose Start an order or Build a gang sheet. Each step shows what you picked and the price; you pay with Shopify checkout.
Where are my saved projects?
In My projects (folder icon at the top). They are saved in the browser you used.
Can I change an order in my cart?
Yes — use Edit project on the cart line. Approve the changes and the cart is updated; nothing is duplicated.
What if my embroidery file is too big?
We won’t resize a DST file automatically. You can upload another file, ask us to re-digitize it at a size that fits, or request a quote.

What do you make?

How do I order DTF transfers?
Build a 22-inch-wide gang sheet online: choose your sheet length, upload your artwork, arrange it, approve the proof and check out. Start here. There is no minimum order.
What artwork files can I send?
Build a Gang Sheet accepts PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG or PDF (each PDF page becomes its own design). Order by Size accepts PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG, BMP or GIF. Files can be up to 50 MB each; aim for 300 DPI at the size you want to print. For embroidery and apparel quotes, send whatever you have and we'll tell you what will work.
How long does production take?
DTF transfers: Build a Gang Sheet is priced for Standard turnaround. Order by Size shows any faster option that is open, with its price, before you add to cart. Need a sheet sooner? Contact us before ordering. Custom apparel timing and any rush option are confirmed with your quote after artwork, garment availability and quantity are reviewed. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and collect your order at 4003 Park Blvd, Suite 31, San Diego, CA 92103. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready.
Do you ship?
Yes, anywhere in the United States. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order. We don't currently ship internationally.
Can I return or cancel an order?
Every order is made to your approved proof, so we don't accept returns for change of mind. If we made a mistake or an item arrives defective, we'll replace it. Cancellations are possible within 24 hours if production hasn't started. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can you print a logo or design I didn't create?
You must own the rights to your artwork or have permission to use it. We don't reproduce trademarked or copyrighted designs without written authorization. See our Terms of Service.
How do I pay?
Online orders are paid in full at checkout using any method shown there. For quoted apparel and event work, we'll confirm pricing and payment terms in writing before production.
