1️⃣ Processing & Production Time

  • Standard Orders: 5-7 business days for production before shipping.
  • Rush Orders: Available upon request (additional fees may apply).
  • Bulk Orders: May require extra processing time; we will provide an estimated completion date.

📌 Custom orders require design approval before production begins. Delays in approval may affect shipping timelines.

2️⃣ Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

📌 Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

3️⃣ Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
  • If you have not received tracking within 48 hours after shipment notification, contact us at Remmysprintshop@gmail.com.

4️⃣ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:
🚫 Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
🚫 Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

📌 If your package is lost in transit, contact the carrier first. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help you file a claim.

Currently, we do not ship internationally, but we are working on adding this option in the future.
