DTF transfers · San Diego pickup + nationwide shipping
Build a gang sheet with the price clear before you upload.
Choose a 22-inch-wide sheet from 1 to 10 feet, see your volume rate and turnaround total, then arrange the artwork exactly how you want it printed.
Transfers only
You supply and press the garments
Configure the sheet, build the layout, approve the production proof, and check out. Ordering multiple identical sheets counts toward the same volume-pricing calculation.

How it works
Choose → Build → Approve. Each stage has one clear job.
Choose your setup
Select the sheet length, number of identical sheets, and turnaround. You see the active volume tier and final total before opening the editor.
Build your layout
Upload PNG or JPG artwork, then drag, resize, rotate, duplicate, or use Auto Arrange on the 22-inch-wide canvas.
Review and approve
Check the production proof, acknowledge any actionable quality warnings, approve the layout, and add the configured sheet to cart.
Transparent volume pricing
Standard pricing is based on total linear footage across all identical sheets. Rush and Same Day use the same active tier at their displayed rate.
| Total linear feet | Standard rate |
|---|---|
| 1–4.9999 ft | $12.00/ft |
| 5–9.9999 ft | $11.00/ft |
| 10–19.9999 ft | $10.00/ft |
| 20–39.9999 ft | $9.50/ft |
| 40–79.9999 ft | $9.00/ft |
| 80+ ft | $8.50/ft |

Pressing your transfers
A reliable starting point — not a universal setting.
| Temperature | 300°F – 325°F |
| Time | 10 – 15 seconds |
| Pressure | Medium to medium-firm |
| Peel | Warm peel, smooth and steady |
| Second press | 5 – 8 seconds under parchment or a Teflon sheet |
| Common fabrics | Cotton, polyester, blends, nylon |
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
- Wash inside out, cold water, gentle cycle.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry.
- Do not iron directly on the print.
Always test press first. Heat presses vary in how accurately they read temperature and how evenly they apply pressure, and fabrics behave differently — especially performance polyester, which can scorch or dye-migrate at the higher end of this range.
Press one transfer on a spare garment from the same batch before running the whole job. If the print lifts at the edges, add a little time or pressure. If the fabric marks or discolours, drop the temperature and press longer. Not sure? Send us a message — we would rather help you dial it in than have you waste a sheet.
Common questions
If yours is not here, just ask.
What is a gang sheet?
One sheet of transfer film carrying many designs at once, instead of printing each design on its own sheet. Because you are paying for film length rather than per design, grouping your artwork together is almost always cheaper.
Can I put multiple different designs on one sheet?
Yes. Mix as many different designs and sizes as you like on the same sheet. That is exactly what gang sheets are for.
Can I change the sheet length after I have started?
Yes, at any time while building. Increasing the length keeps every design exactly where you put it and simply adds room at the bottom. You can also reduce the length, as long as nothing is sitting in the part you are removing — we will tell you if something is in the way rather than cropping your artwork.
What file formats can I upload?
PNG, JPG and JPEG can be placed and arranged visually on the sheet. PDFs can be attached to your order but cannot be positioned on the canvas, so send a PNG if you want to lay it out yourself.
What resolution should my artwork be?
300 DPI at the size you intend to print is the target. The builder shows the effective resolution of each design as you resize it, so you can see immediately when a file is being stretched too far.
What happens if my image is low resolution?
We will still print it if you want us to — you will just see a warning first. Low-resolution artwork tends to look soft or slightly pixelated once pressed. Resolution is a useful guide, but it is not the only thing that affects a finished print, so if you are unsure send it over and we will take a look.
Can Remmy’s press the transfers onto my garments?
Yes. If you would rather hand over the whole job, use the apparel quote option at the top of this page. Tell us the print size, placement and how many garments you need, and we will handle the layout and production — you will not need to think about gang sheets at all.
Can I order more than one copy of the same sheet?
Yes. The quantity field is the number of finished, identical gang sheets. Build the sheet once, set the quantity to 5, and you get five of them — and the extra footage usually moves you into a better per-foot rate.
What is the difference between Standard, Rush and Same Day?
Standard uses the base rate for the active volume tier. Rush adds 15%, and Same Day adds 30%. The setup page shows the exact Shopify rate and final total for the option you choose.
Can I pick up locally in San Diego?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and we will let you know as soon as your order is ready. We also ship nationwide if that is easier.

Based in San Diego
We are local, and local pickup is available on every order. If you are nearby you can collect your transfers instead of waiting on a courier.
A person checks your artwork
Every file gets looked at by a human before it goes on the printer. If something looks like it will not print well, we contact you first rather than printing it anyway.
Not sure what you need?
Send us what you have. We will tell you what will work, what will not, and what it will cost — before you commit to anything.
Brands, businesses, events and creators
One sheet for a personal project or a standing order for a growing label — there is no minimum, and both get the same attention.
