Use the visible design size, not empty margins around the artwork. These dimensions are a request only; the final size and placement need shop review and proof approval. Leave them blank if unsure.
Will this design stitch clearly?
Small lettering, fine lines and gradients may need simplifying at the requested size. Include your artwork link in the next step so we can review it with the item and placement. A DST file still needs a suitability check; it is not automatically production-ready.
Include the total quantity above and note any split by placement. We will confirm placement pricing, any applicable quantity discount and preparation charges in your quote before you approve.
Printed-apparel brief (optional)
For printed garments, share what you know and leave anything uncertain blank. These are quote details, not a production approval.
Fabric, color and seams can affect print suitability. Customer-supplied garments need shop review before acceptance.
For a sleeve or another specific area, describe the side and position in the additional-location notes below.
These dimensions describe the visible artwork at the primary location, excluding empty margins. Choose inches or centimeters if entering a size. Estimates are welcome; the shop will review fit for the garment and size range.
Use Approximate quantity above for the total. Add counts by garment size, color or design here, without personal names. Leave undecided sizes blank.
Artwork and quote review
Share an artwork link or earlier order number in the next step, if available. Use original artwork where possible and tell us the intended print size. Enlarging a small image does not add missing detail.
Garments, method, placement, final artwork size, availability and any charges need shop confirmation and proof approval before production. This brief does not place an order.
Describe the formats you would like, such as individual names, initials, a shared logo or icons. Please do not add guest names or contact details here.
