Does submitting this form book my date?
No. It starts an inquiry. We review availability, the venue and your plan, then send a written proposal. Your booking is confirmed only when you accept it in writing.
How many items can you personalize during the event?
It depends on the items, the design, the personalization and your event hours. Share your guest count and time window and we’ll plan realistic numbers with you before anything is confirmed.
What do you need at the venue?
We confirm space, power and setup with you or the venue during planning, before the booking is confirmed.
Can we provide our own items?
Yes. Tell us what you’re providing. Customer-supplied items are reviewed before they’re accepted, and some materials or constructions aren’t suitable for live stitching.
Can you stitch our company logo?
Yes, with artwork you own or are authorized to use. Logos are prepared for embroidery before the event, so share your artwork early.
Do you travel outside San Diego?
We’re based in San Diego. Share your venue and city and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
How is pricing set?
Pricing depends on hours, items, quantities, personalization and setup. You’ll receive a written proposal with pricing and payment terms before anything is confirmed.
Do you do weddings?
Yes, where the venue and timeline allow. Weddings follow the same inquiry and confirmation steps.
